      Both Bass Strait vessels carry passenger vehicles at a 
        government subsidised rate. Larger vehicles can also be carried on 
        both ships, i.e. caravans and motor homes. The vehicles are driven on and 
        off by passengers - no reversing needed. Motorcycles 
        are lashed down securely. 
        All passengers
        board the ships with their vehicles and only cabin luggage need be removed.
